Parade
Interested in being in the 4th of July parade?
Please read the letter from the Fire Department and then fill out the form below to mail with your registration fee.
Parade participants and floats are to meet at Harrington Hall. Vehicle parking is NOT available at Harrington Hall, please refer to BSU maps for other available parking locations. Grove Street will ONLY be open between Cedar and Bedford to allow for drop-offs. We recommend entering School St from the center, taking a right onto Cedar St, follow to the end and drop-off, then right back towards Bedford Street.
PARADE RULES
1. To provide the safest environment we can – NO VEHICLE in the parade will be allowed to THROW anything. This includes candy, shirts, toys, or information. People walking with the float may HAND out items.
2. There should be a minimum of two people walking beside each float – one on each side.
3. Participants must remain on the float and/or in the car from beginning to end.

Fireworks
Friday, July 4, 2024
Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9:30pm
Join us before the fireworks for our Midway at Legion Field beginning at 4pm.
175 Bedford St, Bridgewater, MA 02324
Carnival rides will stop running when the fireworks begin.
There will also be a number of local food trucks to support.

The Bridgewater 4th of July Committee depends 100% on volunteers to provide a memorable and safe day for everyone. Volunteer opportunities are many and varied and you can help as little or as much as you'd like, but we do need help.
